Privacy Policy

SAMEERAVX (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides AI agents, browser-based tools, and account features through this website. This policy applies to information handled through the website and its related account and email-verification services.

Information we collect

How we use information

• Provide the service: create and secure accounts, authenticate sessions, verify email addresses, and deliver requested AI results.
• Maintain VX GPT history: save, reopen, and continue conversations; preserve titles and pin or rename choices; provide access to generated content; and display saved chats to the correct user.
• Manage usage: record token or credit information, apply model access rules, and support current or future usage limits.
• Protect the platform: enforce limits, prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, investigate errors, and maintain service reliability.
• Communicate: send essential account and verification messages. We do not currently send marketing emails.
• Meet obligations: comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal requests, and protect users and the service.

VX GPT, generated content, and OpenAI processing

VX GPT is an authenticated service. Conversations are linked to your SAMEERAVX account. We store the original user and assistant messages, concise conversation title, selected model, created and updated times, pin or rename state, message type, and relevant token or credit records so you can reopen and continue a chat and manage its history.

When VX GPT generates an image, the image file is stored in private object storage. Its conversation and message metadata—including the storage reference, content type, image model, and any returned revised-prompt metadata—is stored with the chat. Images are delivered only after the backend verifies the signed-in user owns the related conversation.

VX GPT and SAMEERAVX AI agents use OpenAI APIs. Relevant prompts, recent conversation context, supported files or images, and generation settings are transmitted to OpenAI to produce text, image, or editing results. OpenAI acts as an external service provider for this processing. Its handling of API data, including any provider-side abuse monitoring or endpoint-specific retention, is governed by OpenAI's terms and API data controls.

Current standalone AI-agent prompts, uploaded files, and generated results are not saved by SAMEERAVX after the request unless a feature clearly states otherwise. Operational usage records for those features may still be stored to enforce limits and protect the service.

Service providers and disclosures

We share information only when needed to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, or complete a transaction you request.

These providers may process information in countries outside your own. Their handling of information is governed by their contracts and privacy terms. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies and local processing

We use one essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. It is protected with SameSite controls and normally expires within 30 days. You can remove it by signing out or clearing browser cookies, but account-only features will stop working.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics. Many public tools—including text conversion, password generation, Base64 conversion, timestamps, and similar utilities—process the information you enter locally in your browser unless the tool clearly says otherwise.

Retention and deletion

The application does not currently apply an automatic expiry period to active account records or non-empty VX GPT conversations. A VX GPT conversation and its generated images remain associated with your account until you delete that individual chat or a deletion request is completed, subject to information we must retain for applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

When an individual chat deletion succeeds, the current backend removes that conversation and its message records from the SAMEERAVX database and removes its associated generated-image objects from SAMEERAVX object storage. The chat is then unavailable through the normal VX GPT interface and protected VX GPT endpoints. This deletion does not control any temporary processing or retention performed independently by service providers under their own terms.

Session records expire after 30 days. Email-verification links expire after 24 hours, and password-reset links expire after 60 minutes. Security, rate-limit, usage, and operational records do not currently have a single published retention period and may be kept as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service.

Security

We use access controls, one-way password hashing, secure cookies, email verification, rate limiting, and encrypted network connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

• explain or provide access to personal information associated with you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete account information;
• delete or restrict information where applicable;
• withdraw consent for optional processing; or
• receive a portable copy of eligible information or object to certain processing.

You can rename, pin, unpin, and delete individual VX GPT conversations in the VX GPT interface. SAMEERAVX does not currently provide a self-service account-deletion button. To request access, correction, deletion, or account deletion, email privacy@sameeravx.com.

We may verify your identity before completing a request. Requests are handled as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained when required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Withdrawing necessary processing may mean we can no longer provide the related feature.

Children

SAMEERAVX is not designed for children under 13 or below the minimum digital-consent age in their country. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or account email when appropriate.
